FOR DIGITAL PRODUCT:
When you check out any digital files, you will receive a separate e-mail with download link.
If you do not receive your follow-up e-mail with your digital files, please contact:
support@antonwealthdesigns.com
and we will be more than happy to assist you by re-sending the download links.
Also please make sure to enter a correct e-mail for a smooth transaction!
FOR MARCHANDISE:
Our delivery times are estimated only and are not guaranteed. They will
always be estimated in business days (this does not include
weekends/holidays). Once the packages are sent to our shipping provider,
arrival times are out of our control and in the hands of the shipping service
that has been selected.
Anton Wealth Designs are not held responsible for:
- Mistakes made by carriers (USPS, USP, etc)
- Wrong addresses given by customers
- Damage to orders by postal service
- PO box issues
- Stolen packages after delivery
Fulfillment time is 1-4 business days.
(Business Days, by definition, does not include weekends and holidays.)
Which means we will pack and get your order ready within 1-3 business days.
This is NOT a shipping & delivering time.
Once packages are dispatched, Anton Wealth Designs does not hold any control.

US ORDERS
Anton Wealth Designs use USPS or UPS to ship your order (unless otherwise indicated by your shipping method).
This can take anywhere between 2-10 business days (which excludes holidays and weekends).

Shipping Addresses
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete, including the correct zip code, as any errors may result in delays or incorrect delivery. If you need to change your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Damaged or Missing Items
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or missing items, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package with a detailed description of the issue, including any relevant photos or documentation. We will investigate the matter promptly and work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

How long does it take to receive my order after placing it?
The estimated delivery time for your order will depend on your location and the shipping method you select during checkout. How do I track my order?
After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. You can use this number to track the progress of your package on the carrier’s website. If you have any issues with tracking your order, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
What if my order is delayed or lost in transit?
In the rare event that your order is delayed or lost in transit, we will do everything we can to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. If your order is delayed, we will provide you with an estimated delivery date based on the latest information from the carrier. If your order is lost, we will work with the carrier to locate the package and provide you with a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.
Can I change my shipping address after placing my order?
If you need to change your shipping address after placing your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to make the change, as the order may already be in transit or have been processed by our warehouse. However, we will do everything we can to accommodate your request.
How do I return a product?
If you need to return a product for any reason, please refer to our refund policy for details on how to proceed. In general, you must return the product within 30 days of delivery in its original condition and with all tags attached. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is damaged or defective. Please contact our customer service team for further assistance with returns.
